Your trust is not a transaction. It's the foundation.

UXLIXA operates from a place of quiet confidence, not speculative surveillance. We design digital experiences that respect human attention and autonomy. This policy outlines how we honor that commitment when you visit our studio, evaluate our work, or engage our services.

We believe data privacy should be a design feature, not an afterthought. This document is written for humans, not lawyers. While it outlines legal principles, its purpose is clarity: to show you exactly what we collect, why we collect it, and how you can maintain control.

Scope & Jurisdiction

This policy applies solely to the digital assets owned and operated by UXLIXA (uxlixa.world, subdomains, and associated project management portals). It does not apply to third-party services linked from our portfolio or client work.

Governing Law

As a Turkish entity, we comply with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK). For international visitors, we align our practices with the principles of the GDPR, recognizing the global nature of the internet and our client base.

The Principle of Least Privilege

We collect only what is necessary to deliver our services and maintain our studio. We do not buy data lists. We do not sell your information. We do not use analytics that track you across the web.

Our Analytics Stance

Our website uses privacy-focused analytics that anonymize IP addresses and do not use cookies. This allows us to understand aggregate user behavior (e.g., "which portfolio piece is most viewed?") without building individual profiles.

Data Lifespan

We view data as perishable. Contact forms, project inquiries, and service agreements are retained only as long as the business relationship or legal obligation requires. Once a project is archived and the legal retention period has passed, personal data is securely purged.

Newsletter Consent

If you subscribe to our updates, we keep your email until you unsubscribe. Every newsletter includes a clear, one-click unsubscribe link. We use no hidden tracking pixels in our communications.

A Realistic Scenario: The Pitch Process

A product founder from Berlin submits a project inquiry. Here’s how data flows through our studio, step-by-step, with clear constraints and user rights at each stage.

1. The Initial Contact

The founder uses our contact form. We receive: name, email, company, and a project summary.

Constraint: We cannot proceed without this. The form requires all fields. We auto-delete submissions older than 30 days if no follow-up is scheduled.

2. The Discovery Call

If there's fit, we schedule a call. We note availability and general budget range in our internal calendar system (which does not require a separate account from the founder).

Constraint: This calendar data is not used for marketing. It is purged after a proposal is sent or declined.

3. The Proposal & Contract

If engaged, we draft a proposal. The agreement includes a confidentiality clause. Signatures are handled via a secure document platform (e.g., DocuSign).

User Right: You have the right to access all documents exchanged. We store signed contracts for the legal retention period (typically 5 years in Turkey), after which they are archived offline.

Data Protection Officer & Contact

For any questions regarding this privacy policy, to exercise your rights, or to report a concern, please contact our designated representative. We commit to responding within 30 days.
